Absolutely horrible management,living conditions,smells horrible,full of gnats, when you only the elevator nothing but garbage!!!!!!NO I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!! THIS PLACE IS HEAVILY INFESTED AND HAS STANDING WATER IN THE HALLWAYS!!!!!!!
I was really excited to move into this complex in 2022 when I was offered a job transfer. The location is excellent and the lobby staff is really helpful…that is the end of the positives. I sent a list of maintenance items that needed to repair, gross tub, mildewed bathroom cabinet, numerous evidence of leaks that had been poorly repaired, painting had not been done, outdated features, insufficient closet shelving that collapsed several times, the list goes on. I can define this place as a nightmare. The only things good in the RCCA are the size of the apartment and the supermarket on downstairs with an internal entrance. - They work with false advertising of 24/7 service guarantee: during the winter (January) I keep 3 weeks without heating with temperatures around 33°F and in the Summer, several days with temperatures over 90°F.
