This is the most disgusting place I've ever been to. They're very anti-hygienic , they don't come when they're called . It smells horrible , as if somebody is rotting as soon as you walk past the hallways. The majority of the employees are lazy that don't do they're job. This place should be shut down immediately! There are nurses who sit on top of the handicap patients , who also scream at them to be quiet. Honestly the state needs to get involved, poor seniors , especially the ones that can't speak for themselves.

I would not board my dog here. My mother went completely downhill after 3 weeks in this place. I met 2 nurses who were attentive. The others were too busy on their cell phones to take care of mom. The social worker is a freaking joke. I left 2 messages for her and when I finally caught up to her in person she said "oh I haven't had time to check". Seriously? Isn't that your job?
