The care at this facility is far below expectations! The attitude of the most of the staff is horrible! They do not care for the patients at all. Patients that do have some self care, such as, eating, drinking, walking, or bathroom skills are not taken care of! They are not changed, offered anything to drink, taken out of bed, or even communicated with! My mom was able to do all the above when she was placed here and within the fourteen months she was deceased! This place killed my mom!! I WOULD NEVER EVER IN A MILLION YEARS... read more

My brother died there, no water was given to him, not enough nurses to give medication or attention to those in there, he wasn't never changed, or listened too, bad attitudes, giving medication to patient to die, not help. Smells bad, close it down. Hate this place. DON'T LEAVE YOUR LOVEONES THERE!!!
The worst nursing home I've ever seen by far! The staff is very unprofessional and rude. They do not really care about the patient's care or wellbeing. All they really care about is the check! How Sad!!
Seems like a nice place to have your loved one in, but is deceiving. The entrance looks nice and the website only shows the front part of the home. Also, they do not explain what they are going to do to you and they also don't tell you that there is a physician that is assigned to the home, which doesn't even make himself known or present for the patient or family of patient to meet. this is not a place that i would reccommend anybody letting their family member living there, the place(Ashford Gardens) is a nightmare, you would be beter off living on the streets at least you would get the medical attention that you need this place is the worse of the worse
This is the most disgusting place I've ever been to. They're very anti-hygienic , they don't come when they're called . It smells horrible , as if somebody is rotting as soon as you walk past the hallways. The majority of the employees are lazy that don't do they're job. This place should be shut down immediately! There are nurses who sit on top of the handicap patients , who also scream at them to be quiet. Honestly the state needs to get involved, poor seniors , especially the ones that can't speak for themselves.
