Do you think that the provider's staff are well trained? Not really Does this provider take that extra step to make you feel special? No Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? No Does this provider answer the phone in a reasonable time when you call? Mostly Does this provider use current and safe equipment? No; the equipment needs to be updated

Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I barely had any time to ask questions Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No, but they said they were going to! Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? No, they weren't very knowledgeable Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call

My Mother has been in several different Facilities around the FT. Worth area., one in Glen Rose, Granbury and now Gainesville. I have been very pleased with the care that she has been given. They listen to my concerns and have always addressed them immediately. The food is good and Mother likes being there. I have no complaints about the care that she has been given. She has beem there about a year now.

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Kind of, I didn't feel completely safe Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Not really. I usually have to wait a long time Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? No, they are almost always unavailable Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? No. I wasn't listened to at all! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Did this provider answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Was this provider's staff friendly? No, they were rude Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Was this provider's office easy to locate? No, I couldn't even find it with my GPS
