Management is incompetent, rude, and unfit to work. Aside from a variety of other problems with the apartments including miscommunication about construction, frequent problems with their online payment processor, and obnoxious spam emails, it's management's mishandling of my move out that should make you beware. Over paid final dues on move-out, and I was promised a refund of the money. $400 were deducted from my account but no itemized list was ever sent to me. The location is wonderful here at the Renaissance. Our new management (for some months) has insured that the office staff and the maintenance staff are all extremely pleasant and responsive to our problems, whether we need a repair in the apartment, or we need to alert the office to another problem. No matter what the problem is, they are always unflappable.
