The location is wonderful here at the Renaissance. Our new management (for some months) has insured that the office staff and the maintenance staff are all extremely pleasant and responsive to our problems, whether we need a repair in the apartment, or we need to alert the office to another problem. No matter what the problem is, they are always unflappable.
