The spacious and beautiful apartments, the wonderful amenities plus the friendly and helpful staff are all amazing! Customer service is top notch. Very neat, clean and affordable. Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. This place is also very military friendly. I’ve enjoyed both of my stats with this complex and would definitely do it again!! Great place to live!!!
Where if roomates bail on you and you get screwed they literally slap you with a 6000 dollar debt thanks guys I only moved their because it was gated community and I had just suffered a home invasion where my best friend was murdered , then the people that moved in with me also victoms wound up ditching me and a loan soldier couldnt afford the steep rent anymore so blam 6000 dollar debt my credits shot and y'all have done nothing but make my life harder thanks Renaissance you get a 1 star! they dont really care about you the... read more
Have been living there for some time, and I do not regret it. Friendly staff, great facilities, and the homes are comfortable.
I love the community and the women in the office are super sweet and very helpful, they care a lot about the community. The Maintenance crew is also very helpful and does a great job. We have only been here half a year but it's been good. I feel safe in this gated community and it's very pet friendly, which I love! Bringing groceries up 2 flights of stairs sucks but it's a good workout! I love laying by the pool and taking walks around the park.
