Not so much of a Renaissance at North Park With the promise of a Spanish style upscale home I eagerly leased my one bedroom. Overall it is a "nice" apartment as long as you live on the top floor. For all the money spent on marble counter tops and vanities there should have been something spent on the soundproofing between each apartment.
