I am completely fed up especially after this snow storm ! Cars were plowed in almost two feet in width no snow removal from curbs you have to leap over mounds of snow to get to your car. No salt put down but once accumulated slush and ice everywhere ! Mounds of snow placed in parking spots. I even noticed fire hydrants buried underneath snow making it unsafe if a fire should breakout amongst units. It’s been a full 48hrs and the complex looks like a complete disaster! I have lived here for over 11 years. My apartment has 2 bathrooms, but my sister, who has polio, relies on the main bathroom for accessibility. This bathroom has been broken for more than 2 weeks without any repair. When I called the office to report it, my calls were hung up on twice. This delay and unprofessional behavior are irresponsible and seriously affect residents’ daily life. I do not recommend living here.
I have lived here for quite some time now, and I loved it here when I first moved in. It hurts me to say this, but the quality of this place has gone down. I am not a person who likes to complain, but I feel like I need to speak up. It's not the area that's a problem but the way it's managed.
