I have lived here for over 11 years. My apartment has 2 bathrooms, but my sister, who has polio, relies on the main bathroom for accessibility. This bathroom has been broken for more than 2 weeks without any repair. When I called the office to report it, my calls were hung up on twice. This delay and unprofessional behavior are irresponsible and seriously affect residents’ daily life. I do not recommend living here.
I have lived here for quite some time now, and I loved it here when I first moved in. It hurts me to say this, but the quality of this place has gone down. I am not a person who likes to complain, but I feel like I need to speak up. It's not the area that's a problem but the way it's managed. I have called 4 times for maintenance, and no one has come to check on the issue. Each time I call, they say I haven't made a report and that I never called before.
