God has truly sent an Angel!!! Mrs. Jamie Griffin the new manager has made this place worth staying! We now have someone who truly cares about the people so much that I happily renewed my lease! Jamie and her wonderful staff has made the office so welcoming now! Falisha is such a sweetheart she answers all my questions and concerns! Janalie & the other young lady are the best greeters ever!! Management is awful. People are dying over here. People are getting written up and kicked out for no reason. Everyday trash fee. You try to talk to them and you can't get a word in. No nice customer service. Rude management, no heart, very mean, and mold all over. Dirty carpets, messed up kitchen!
Really happy about the current management team and office stafff we have. Very nice and friendly. Also really like the fact that the grounds are kept clean and when I put in a work order its not taking months to get done. When the new management first came I let Jamie know about my alarm and she took care of it right away. The management before seem not to really care. Thanks!
To Whomever this May Concern: Thank you so much for bringing Jamie to Renaissance Apartments. She is awesome!! Maintenance work orders are getting done right away, residents are now having to be accountable for not putting trash in the dumpsters, friendly smiles when you walk in the office. The grounds are being kept clean and nice. It's so refreshing to be able to live in a nice clean community with management who cares. Great office staff, great maintenance staff. Couldn't ask for a better place to live.
