My surgery was supposed to be in the first week of December 2024. I wasn't able to reach their office. A call center in India takes their messages but I never got a call back. I even called my insurance and asked what to do and they too could not reach them directly or hear back from them, so they mauled and got an answer. I was told that I can file a grievance. Worse place possible I don’t recommend anyone coming here we had an appointment at 11am it’s now 1pm and we still have no clue as to when we will be seen and they also refuse to change the appointment for another day definitely the last time we come to this place will be asking our health insurance to relocate us to another more professional establishment. My surgery is the next day and I still don't know what time I am suppose to be there. I received a call to call them in which I called them back. I have called them all morning the day before my surgery and I keep getting put on hold for over 15 minutes. Answering service is horrible and no call back after leaving a message.

Going on 7 months now since I received 2 invoices in August of 2020 out of the blue from March 2019 and November 2019. Since August of 2020, I have been trying to reconcile with the local office (which I have visited 3 times) and the billing department (talking with Mara, Mary, Alisa, Nicole, Shirley and Kim).
