If you want random apartment checks every other month where they have to “go inside and check your hot water heater, window locks and filters ect” then this is the complex I would go with. They came in 3 times in 5 months. If you want notes on your door reminding you to park straight and not smoke marijuana in your apartment, and other silly notes like to pick up your dog poop, this is also the apartment for you. Not the best apartments I've ever lived in. Every time they mow there's a 1/2 of pound of grass on my patio. I wish there was a outdoor grill and it would be nice if the pool was open more often. I didn't rent it just to look at it.
I love the compound, very well maintained and the apartment is very clean and super comfortable. The staff in the office is professional and very helpful. Would definitely recokmmend!
