RecommendedAbsolutely the best place we have ever rented! Office staff goes way beyond to meet any needs, the maintenance staff is wonderful, the whole experience was great for us. Truly felt like home. I highly recommend this complex.
small grievances like no pedestrian gate on Research road. fast maintenance and nice amenities. would be nice if the clubhouse could be used more often for events at night.

Quiet Apartment Complex with a very friendly staff. Over the last year there have been numerous improvements landscaping and building exterior. The Maintenance crew is quick and efficient in any repairs that may arise. Very Nice pool and pool area to relax in. Very close to anything you may need in Amarillo. Located in the Bushland School District!
I love living here! The team treats you like family and the maintenance is always professional, friendly and on the job that's needed! The location is perfect for everything I need. The grounds are always neat and well cared for with beautiful landscaping-some is new and already blooming. Everyone I've met that live here are interesting to speak with and friendly.
We just moved in and its so quite and peaceful. The office staff has been great.
We’ve lived here about a year very safe and well kept never had a cross word with any neighbor, the staff are always helpful.
We love it it is safe and comfortable And quiet and all the staff are so nice and friendly
Towing a car without a verbal 10 days notice and breaking the contract. I come to find out it was towed by my neighbor we have proof in the email that we didn't receive a notice!!!!!
