She was nice enough but must be mentally absent since my prescriptions never got called in. I paid for a service that was never completed. I called them twice to remind them to fill the prescriptions. Still nothing. Too bad this WHASN group pretty much has a monopoly on women’s care in Vegas because every experience Ive had with them has been trash. They should be ashamed of their selves providing substandard service but willing to milk you for every penny

I just recently learned that WHASN has urgent cares around town. Sometimes it's hard to get an appointment in between annual exams for more minor issues. It is nice to have this option for those instances. I was had a great experience here. The staff are friendly & courteous. Wait time was minimal. The NP, Renae, really listened to me, she was gentle, and overall had a great bedside manner.

Personable, direct, thorough. Understood my dilemma and took the correct action to find a solution. I look forward to continuing with Renae for Fallow up treatments.
