Aishlyn is AMAZING, although insurances are going up, and i'm making it tougher for us, Aishlyn has helped out tremendously and has explained things in a way that I could understand and has always offered great advice. Her customer service is top notch. It's been sixteen years of great service!
I have been with Rena MacDonald & State Farm for more years than I can remember. Rena and her staff are the best! Ryan Craig is the one that answers our calls not sure if I have him on speed dial or just hows it happens. Ryan has been there for some time now and answer every question me or my wife may have. Quick with responses in any communication you need text, email or call backs. We are very lucky to have found a great agent and staff, hoping to be their clients for years to come.
Ryan was very helpful with what I needed to do with my account today. But then again, I always get outstanding customer service every time I call Rena MacDonald's office. During regular business hours, I don't remember my phone ringing more than two times every time I call. And Ryan always follows through on things I need. I've been a satisfied customer of this office for almost 19 years, which is why I feel guilty about filling out this survey only for the first time.
I've been a loyal State Farm customer of Rena Macdonald for over 15 years. She and her staff have been nothing but amazing. They really take the time to understand who we are as a family and as our life events change, they offer suggestions to policy coverages based on our needs without any pressure.
