Rena deserves every single star. She is highly knowledgeable, but also very kind and compassionate. I have tried so many therapists over the course of my adult life (some great and some just okay), but Rena has been the most helpful by a long shot. I came in seeking resolution from past trauma and some behaviors I didn’t want, and I walked away after a few years of work with clarity and freedom like I had never experienced before. I will forever be grateful for the years she spent working with me.
