Do not lease any property from REMS. I've had a bad experience since they took over managing the property I'm leasing. The roof leaks badly in several areas in my salon. It leaks on my customers and me, and it floods. They don't do anything but collect the rent. Beware, do not lease anything managed by REMS. I am moving my salon and will be relocating soon.
