Agree with the last review (albeit published 4 years ago which goes to show that nothing has changed and this is still an enterprise of low caliber). Let me start with its garbage customer service. I received a defective product from them that was not what I ordered. They didn’t offer to help. Avoid at all costs. I would go elsewhere.
Friendly people
As an end user, if your installer ever quotes you for an RTI device, decline and tell them you would like a different solution. Even if you buy the device, according to RTI, "the programing belongs to the installer". Even if you paid them for the time. Additionally, you do not own the licenses that you may have paid for, they are property of the installer... With EXTREME prejudice, i would highly recommend going a different direction with your controller needs.
