I used Ilan and his crew for a new bedroom, bathroom, and mudroom addition to the back of our house. Our project had a unique challenge that arose once we learned that our house was deemed a historical property by the city of LA. He was flexible in scheduling as we waited on the city to approve our plans. Everything moved very quickly as his team built the addition with our only delay being some minor plumbing issues from a sliding door limiting the wall space for piping. Ilan did a full kitchen and bath remodel at my mother's house. The job turned out to be absolutely beautiful and my very picky mother is extremely pleased. He was excellent about keeping the project moving and keeping the price as he estimated, and telling us the time it would take, all things that most contractors are terrible at! We appreciated that he was able to communicate often when there were issues. I would recommend him.
Ilan and his team at Remodeling California did an outstanding job with our master bathroom remodel. They demolished the entire old bathroom and replaced it with a beautiful new space that is a genuine joy to behold and use.
