I was referred to this termite company by a local realtor here in Fremont, Tim Wang. I needed a termite inspection due to visible evidence of some kind of infestation around a window in our South facing bedroom and had a side door to the garage (original, 45+ years old and cheap quality) that was in dire need of replacement.
