They are not in business anymore. I drove by today, the sign was still up and I went inside. It is now a sketchy "massage" establishment. Lol. Phone has been disconnected as well. No idea what happened to the carpet business.
Knowledgeable customer obsessed outfit! John helped house with our entire flooring needs and cleaning up issues after our first install mishaps. Thank you John and Josh.
I highly recommend John and Remnant King Carpets. I called around to at least 7 places and we went through several showrooms before finding Remnant King. John had the best customer service, the best prices, the most samples to look at. Even though the showroom is a small space, he packed a lot of samples in it. He personally called to see that our wool carpet choices were available, the special healthier padding was available, and gave us an excellent install date. I had bedroom carpet , living room carpet and vinyl flooring for the kitchen replaced on Monday. Javier and Teama were wonderful! Fast, courteous, efficient and the floors look wonderful. John, the owner pretty much picked out the colors and everything blends together well. I can't recommend them enough. I live in a condo and have let my neighbors know what a good job they did.
