Sister went in to get her hair dyed, it didn't come out as promised and faded in a week, she said she guaranteed her work but then tried to charge my sister again for fixing her failure, would never recommend such a unprofessional place.

I actually gave you a great deal especially because my aunt reffered you to me, about $75 cheaper than what i normally charge. Im sorry if I wasn't clear that day of the process of extracting box dye, I hope you find a salon where you are satisfied. I will not compromise the integrity of your hair or be dishonest about the process I thought what we were able to achieve your last session was beautiful considering your previous box dye I stand behind my work and im sorry it didn't work out.
