Our apartment building common areas, such as stairway and landings, are kept so clean! Megan is right on it if someone tracks in mud, etc. She keeps the windows and doors clean as well as walkways and such. She has been very kind to us and we have come to really appreciate her work.
While I haven't moved into our apartment at this writing, I have been extremely impressed with the entire experience (from tour to lease signing) with the Remington Village property and managment (April and maintenance team). Nothing has been questionable, and considering all the apartments we've looked at and considered, Remington stood head-and-shoulders above the rest in Gillette. I'll start off with saying I'm a previous tenant and employee of the property so I'll happily give insight of how crooked the new property manager is! Let's start by saying the the company that owns the property is a completely different company that manages the property! The owning company actually legitimately wants to make these properties great for the residents! DO NOT LIVE HERE. The new management does not honor your lease and will try and screw you out of a lot of money. They tried to say we owed almost $5000 to break our lease when we signed a lease stating $2000. The maintenance calls are never answered. I have had to call a plumber two times now. When they did come in, they took almost 8 hours to fix a water heater that they broke the first time and burst all over my apartment. They do not answer the phones, and the hallways constantly have garbage and animal feces. The two wom... read more
Holy crap since Kate has been gone things went to crap…today at 10AM I woke up to a smell of propane very strong..I called the office and April answered the phone said call BHP…I called BHP..he came and said your Hot water heater is leaking gas and it hasn’t been replaced since 2008 since the place was actually built he then said your heat or furnace is also throwing a code saying that there is a circuit breaker error..he then shut off the hot water heater valve and I called the management at Remington village….i talked to A... read more
