Kelly Jo is amazing. She listened to what I wanted in my new home and worked hard to help me get it. I am happy with my home and the facilities here at Remington Village. Maintenance has been prompt and friendly when I needed them. I am proud to call Remington Village Apartments my home.
My husband and I recently moved into the Remington Village apartments. We have been treated with so much respect and have not ran into one bad neighbor, everyone has been really nice. We love the space in our apartment and so do our dogs!
I have lived in Gillette for many many years, this complex used to be one of the best in town. Ever since Mary took over as Property Manager it’s very clear how fast the complex has went downhill. The halls smell bad like smoke, she/they/whoever (because she won’t hire an assistant to help her because her job would be on the line), the curb appeal isn’t great, there’s holes in random walls in hallways, she doesn’t communicate when trying to rent an apartment from her and is very unprofessional! Appartments look nice but office staff is horrible. The main office is never open even when it’s supposed to be during “business hours”. Never answer their phones during business hours either. Maintenance takes dayssss to even get back to you. I had my Washing machine go down and didn’t even get a call back for 4 days letting us know that they even got our message. Ended up fixing my own washing machine while severely sick so it didn’t mold because it still was 1/2 full of water because it quit working during a load. When I ... read more
Our apartment building common areas, such as stairway and landings, are kept so clean! Megan is right on it if someone tracks in mud, etc. She keeps the windows and doors clean as well as walkways and such. She has been very kind to us and we have come to really appreciate her work.
