I recently stayed at this entities,' property in Santa Fe. It was a horrendous stay. Oftentimes, the front desk was completely vacant with nobody on duty. There was no MOD for an entire weekend. All of our requests for services were predictably ignored. This property is an embarrassment for Remington and the Hilton brand should be removed.
Based on the condition of their DFW Marriott property, I'd avoid this company's properties at all costs. Their DFW Airport Marriott on Freeport Parkway has had significant water intrusion into the rooms and a suspicious black substance on the walls for several years. I brought the issue to the attention of this hotel's management two years in a row and each time they were surprised and thankful that I made them aware, as if they'd never heard of it before.
