I haven't had a regular cleaning in quite a few years and my hygienist was very gentle and caring of my experience. She was great!
I have always had really bad teeth and been really scared to go to the dentist. Dr Castor and all of the staff are so friendly and the assistant even held my hand while I had to get the shot (I hate needles) I'm so happy that found this dentist and I'm definitely not afraid to go back now!
Our younger kids felt very comfortable with the dentists and the staff. Our appointments started on time. We were dealt with in a professional yet friendly manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Remington Family Dentistry.
Excellent chairside manner by Dr. Veach, who made sure I was educated as to what was going to be done, as well as how to care for things afterward. Good job with the Novocaine to make sure I was comfortable and endured no pain throughout a very extensive procedure. Caring staff also.
Love it that everyone is always friendly, kind. love it that everything is always clean, bright and well maintained. I had to remind my hygenist to clean my upper right side, but that was due to the distraction of a little one sitting nearby, watching Barney -so no big deal! I've been having my dental work performed there for years. Staff is great and very good service. Stacey has been cleaning my teeth for years and she has such a gentle and wonderful touch. I've had good dental hygienists in the past but none compare to Stacey. Excellent care/service and very personable. I remain loyal customer.
If you think a Root Canal is an unpleasant experience, think again. Dr. Castor and his assistants quickly completed thier task and it was pain free.
Friendly and professional.
Everyone is always pleasant & helpful. That is why I continue to drive from Carmel.
