I broke a tooth on a Friday evening. I called Dr. Castor personally and he told me to come in Monday morning. I didn't even complete my paperwork before I was called to come into the exam room. Both Dr. Castor and the dental assistant were kind and gentle. I had a lot of anxiety but, their manner eased my anxiety. Dr. Castor was able to pull the remaining part of the tooth rather quickly. I saw Dr Castor after my tooth chipped and he was able to get it extracted that same day! It was painless and quick!!
This office is polite and professional. The receptionist was friendly and smiling.The dental assistant Abby put me at ease and answered all my questions and acted concerned and informed me about future visits. Dr. Castor examined me and I had an x ray. He made a plan and assured me he would help me with any anxiety I might have. Thank you all.
