I received care as a referral from my general dentist. I had a broken problematic tooth. Dr. Veach was the dentist who evaluated my tooth and determined it could indeed be saved. I was a late evening appointment and he and his staff stepped up to treat me beyond office hours. They gave me an estimate up front and explained the procedure and then went to work. Everyone is nice and polite.
Both My Husband and I visited for the first time and were extremely pleased. The whole staff that we encountered were so kind, thoughtful and very professional and hard working ready to accommodate us by going above and beyond. We really liked Dr. Castor his work was gentle and no pain at all, he was kind, caring and very pleasant to talk to. They had extra time for both of us and fit us in at last minute. I mistakenly came in the day before my appointment. Receptionist was gracious in offering me an opening upon my arrival so I was able to receive services without coming back the following day. Hygienist was kind in taking me at this unscheduled time. Dana was very friendly, patient and considerate of my needs during the cleaning. She answered questions and the cleaning was painless and professional.
I was happy with my evaluation and plan for my teeth. Dr Castor made me feel relaxed and confident in making a decision about future plans for my dental care. Kimmy the assistant made sure I knew the financial and medical plan and was very kind. At the end of my visit Millie made a future appointment with me and explained insurance and financial options.
Words cannot express the appreciation I have for this entire practice. Each time I need to visit, I am more pleased. I left a practice only 12 minutes from my home to drive 60 each way to visit Remington Family Dentistry!
Great Quality of service, very timely, Very Professional, and Very Friendly. I never thought I would say that I enjoyed a visit to the Dentist Office, but in this case, as in the previous appointment-----It was indeed a PLEASURE. THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO
Staff is very friendly and when asked which treatments I needed to have first they were more than happy to prioritize them. This is they reason I drive 45 minutes every time.
