Kris & Ally management team in the office, maintenance, and cleaning ladies at Remington Cove Apartments are all top notch taking care of the building & us as residents - this makes us feel comfortable, an at home feeling. This is much appreciated. Thank you for all you do.
Love my home! The management & maintenance are top tier! I’ve lived here almost a year & have felt nothing but peace & happiness since moving. l have no intention of moving for a couple years. Great location, friendly neighbors that aren’t busy bodies. I can’t say enough good things. I’ve only had to submit a maintenance ticket twice and both times they’ve come within a few hours! Love it here.
I called several times and left a message, but no one returned my call. I was looking for information about a long-term lease apartment, but it seems like they don’t care about potential renters. This reflects very poor customer service, and I am no longer interested in renting there.
When I first moved in a little over 5 years ago, living here was excellent with good management. And maintenance staff continue to be awesome. However, the quality of living here has declined over time with new management. My valid concerns are ignored. Neighbors are often disrespectful. There is often weed smoke and sometimes cigarette smoke in the hallway, despite the property supposedly being smoke-free, according to my lease.
