Remington Apartments is located at very convenient location. School, my office, library, hospital, Safeway and target are nearby. Almost everything is walkable. I love this place.
By not being a shady company and screwing over the residents, nickle and diming charges on moveout for things they are going to remodel anyway. Glad lots of people are moving out, this complex is run by a horrible company that only wants $ and that can't even secure the payment methods for how they collect their $!
The new management is horrid. They can’t seem to get things in order; rent payments have been a mess since they have taken over, they make excuses on why they are doing subpar, and communication is lacking. I used to love living here until the last few months.
I love living here. The staff is great: friendly and responsive. My home is safe, protected by sprinklers and quiet. My utility costs are minimal. The value is solid; in addition to a safe and beautiful apartment, I have access to a pool and fitness area. There are plenty of eateries within a quarter mile, too.
