Under new poor management. The property manager is never on property. They try charging extra fees for after hours emergencies. They don’t keep up the property and have cheap signage taped to the actual buildings. My neighbor upstairs has a roach infestation as well. They keep the gate open to the complex next door all the time and have strange people from there walking around our property late at night.

What was once a beautiful community has turned into slums with a new ownership that took over about nine months ago. I lived in this property in 2000-2001 and had an amazing Experience so much that I decided to move back onto this property in 2020 after my divorce. Once again had a very great experience, living there until the new management and owners took over. The community used to be very quiet and filled with a lot of retirees. I visited Ashford Remington and was very impressed! The property is super clean and well-maintained, the management team is extremely friendly and helpful, and maintenance keeps everything in perfect order. The location is great, the community is quiet and peaceful, and overall it feels like a wonderful place to live. Definitely worth checking out!
