A little raggedy but the gate code keeps most of the riffraff out. No dead babies being kicked under the units like ice cubes under a fridge, HUGE plus. There is this really fat cat that poops in the bushes by my front door which I don't like. I scream at it once a week (usually Wednesday because that's what my workout schedule allows in terms of free time) but nothing has changed.

My son and I just moved to The Remington a few months ago, and we are very pleased so far. The management staff is very kind and we haven't had any issues with our apartment. It's in a safe area and close to my sons school.

I've been a tenant for over 2 years and the experience has been great. The management staff has been kind to my little dog and me. Service requests are handled in a timely manner and the apartments are clean. I'm happy :)

Beautiful apartments. Unfortunatly the garenening job is far from decent. Bushes get chopped up, grass is never cut level, weeds weeds and more weeds. It’s frustetating coming home from work with grass shaving and branches scraps laying on the ground for days at a time until the gardener decides to comes back. You would think they could hire someone more experienced for what you pay. Someone come help this poor gardener, he seems like he is in over his head.
