Nothing but excellence. Communication has been wide open and all questions answered promptly. My experience with other property management companies in Polk County has just been terrible. I was beginning to believe that this was the new norm but Remi Emerson really came through and it has been a pleasure to work with them.
I'm writing as a home owner who used Remi Emerson for over 2 years. I'll start with the good: My relationship with Remi Emerson started out terrific, they were extremely responsive and caring toward my needs and took great care of my home. Any fixes or issues that came up were addressed swiftly and quickly and with minimal effort on my part. However, this changed as time went on and they grew as a company. We have had a fantastic experience renting this house. The location is excellent, and the amenities are amazing. Whenever we had any issues, Samantha -Remi Emerson Mngmt they are quick to respond and repair things. Overall, we're very happy with our stay here,
