This review is mainly about one of this agency’s agents. My wife and I bought a house from a client of Joseph and to say that the experience has left a bad taste in our mouth would be an understatement. About a week before the house was closed on I started putting the utilities into our names and was told by a couple of them (sewer and trash) that there were outstanding balances.
