I am addicted to floating thanks to Remedy Float! It's a great opportunity to clear my mind and relax. Tyler and Lizzie are warm and welcoming. Even their shop/reception area is a calming environment to decompress and have a cup of tea. While floating peacefully in the tank, my mind wanders to the most creative ideas that I can incorporate into my life. The healing saltwater eases sore muscles and feels amazing. I cannot speak highly enough about floating and Remedy Float!
I'm a Kentucky native and grew up near Mammoth Cave. On one of the cave tours, the tour guide sits everyone down and tells them to be dead silent and shuts off all of the lights. For 2-3 minutes, there is no sound whatsoever outside of hearing yourself breathe and think. You could place your hand an inch in front of your face and not even have the faintest sight of it. I can't love this place enough! Just had my first float and it's amazing the way it made me feel during and now after. I am extremely relaxed! Can't wait to be back.
I just want to go back.....I loved this! It was the most relaxing experience. I did wake myself snoring a time or two. The staff is so nice and explained everything so clearly. Definitely going back....and soon!
My husband & I had our first floats yesterday, We LOVED IT! I'm looking forward to my next float. AND, it has made me realize how I need to take more epson salt baths at home. SO GOOD FOR THE BODY! Thanks Lizzy & Tyler!
