Amazing experience at Remedy! The whole body Cryotherapy was really rejuvenating. Loved the Red Light treatment and I’m looking forward to doing it again! We will be back!
I just got home from my first Cryotherapy experience at Remedy BodyWorks and I am feeling rejuvenated! I also did 10 min of infrared red light therapy which I highly recommend as well. The place is very cool, we were given a tour of the facility where we got to learn about every piece of equipment and what it does for you. I really hope this place does well here because I will be back!
I had an incredible experience at Remedy BodyWorks doing the cryotherapy and infrared sauna!! It was my first experience doing either and the knowledgeable and kind staff made trying both extremely comfortable and relaxing. The facility was beautiful and I will definitely be back soon!!
