I needed my Samsung dryer repaired and within 2 days it was done! I was given a 2 hour window of time, James showed up in that time, explained what was wrong and how he would fix it, and my dryer was fixed in about 20 minutes! Quick, easy, and affordable! I will definitely be calling James next time I have a problem with a Samsung appliance.
My refrigerator wasn't defrosting properly. They came the same day I called them, diagnosed my problem in 15 minutes, ordered the part, and installed when they said they would. They kept in contact to tell me my status of my appointment and were professional the whole time. He was professional and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them for Samsung appliance repairs. Additionally I was having problems with my dryer and he had the part on his truck and fixed that at the same time as the other repair.
A+ Service from James with Remedy Appliance. He was quick to work us into the schedule and came right when he was scheduled. He was at our place about 20 minutes and was able to diagnose the exact problem with our frig and was really helpful with getting us to Samsung for a warranty issue. I would highly recommend Remedy Appliance if you want a fast, fair, and excellent job.
My Samsung refrigerator is under warranty and broke, so Samsung had to find a technician. I got a call this morning around 10:30am from Daniel at Remedy Appliance telling me he would be at my house between 1-3pm. There was no contact made before this point.
