I went to Remedy today for a sick visit for my dog. Everything was fine until it came to the treatment plan . I was advised that a shot could be given to increase her appetite . I thought about it then declined knowing my pet likes to eat a night her dry food . I know if I feed her wet food she would eat more so the shot would not be needed. I advised the tech of my answer and when the returned her to me he said I gave it to her anyway. I was livid that my wishes were ignored. I paid the 265 dollar bill and left the office.

They were very patient and kind to my dog. I am happy to make this his permanent vet.

First the last three visits we have had a different vet each time. Second, the condescension and detachment of the front desk staff is palpable. Today’s visit was specifically for blood work for both dogs to refill meds. My spouse and I took time off work. We arrived to be told that the testing machine was broken and bloodwork could not be tested. A simple phone call would have given us the opportunity to reschedule. I want to rate this practice 5 stars, but I am deeply disappointed with my most recent experience at Remedy Vet, specifically regarding follow-up communication after receiving my dog’s critical lab results. We were initially told we would receive a phone call to review the results. Instead, we received an email outlining advanced kidney disease and severely elevated pancreatitis markers.
