Miss Alethea was very caring of my fur baby and gentle with him. She explained all costs of the visit and answered all my questions about his health and care plan.
Terrible experience! First appt their prescribed medicine did not work. After a year, I decide to try them again to see if serviced improved. I was late by 2 minutes after their parking lot is blocked by the nearby school and they wouldn’t see me with a paid deposit appointment. Evidently, they cannot take their demand and YOU and YOUR fur baby will certainly feel it. Maybe cheaper but how much is your time really worth? Stay away……
I cannot say enough incredibly good things about this office. They are kind, caring, and very reasonably priced! They are very busy so it can sometimes be hard to get through. I live far away and have been driving to them, I was trying to get my puppy in somewhere else closer to home for an urgent visit, had a very bad experience and am reminded why I love Remedy Vet so much!
Friendly staff affordable prices. I was quoted $300 for a simple heartworm and fecal test at VCA animal hospital came here got more services than that and spent only about $170. Fantastic !
