Can you PLEASE respond to my email regarding my dog's injury he may have incurred during surgery? All I want is the notes pertaining to surgery and equipment used since it has now been confirmed by one vet and an ER vet that it is a thermal burn which appears to be caused by a warming device during surgery. I emailed you last week with no response yet. If you are pulling notes that is fine, but PLEASE communicate as my dog has now had to go to ER and having to be treated by another vet after this.

Kind, compassionate, affordable, and professional practice. A dental care a quote of $2,500-3,000 for my dog, a Labrador/Golden Retriever mix, was given by my vet. This place is alright. Not bad, not great, just alright. I took my dog here because finances were tight, and I’d heard about Remedy’s lower-cost options in regard to exams, treatments, blood work, etc. My dog was in desperate need of blood work and medication for his allergies, as it had been a while and he’s gotten much older. I previously took my dog to Banfield, but their prices for basic dog care are currently absolutely out of control ($75 office fee + $300 for bloodwork + $150 for allergy shots + whatever else they’d t... read more
