I would give them zero stars if possible. I read their Groupon reviews and fell for it but I wish i had read these reviews as well. I called the spa prior to purchasing a Groupon to confirm they would honor it. The women told me yes so I scheduled my appointment and gave her my info. I arrived to the appointment 15 minutes early and not only was the business closed but the phones were off. I left a polite voicemail because i understand sometimes things happen.
