I was highly disappointed, I called after we had wind and storm damage back in March, I filed a claim based on their recommendation, the claim was denied. They told me that they had people that can review it and get it taken care of. Then the tornado in Owasso hit, and I was totally ghosted, not another word from them. Six months later and another roofing contractor who went the extra mile did get the denial overturned and my roof is getting replaced. Just overall was sorely disappointed with being treated that way.

I just wanted to let you know how impressed we were with Tucker at Rembrandt roofing. He came out to our home to give us a bid on doing some construction on some areas of the roof and windows that needed to be upgraded. He was kind, professional, and very respectful. He took pictures and went over everything. It's rare to see that combination of courtesy and competence these days and reflects very well on your company. Please keep hiring people with a work ethic.
