This apartment does not even deserve a star.I have been an ideal tenant of this apartment for 2 years before I moved and the harassment my roommate and I had to face constantly for over 6 months before moving is insane..Any body we bought for subletting was denied for one reason or the other.We wanted to sublet for a few months so our name would still be on the lease however someone else would stay on our behalf(yes the management would be aware but they would not need a guarantor because our name and guarantors r still on t... read more
The experience with the manager was horrible to say the least. Once they realize you are out of the apartment they treat you like strangers, the previous manager even demanded for our keys back because we moved to a different place but are still tenant here in Rembrandt. Yes, we were no longer living there but we were still expected to pay for the last few months because we signed the lease. that's how unprofessional they are.
