Gareth at RE/MAX United has been great, he's been very helpful and easy to communicate with. Gareth has been a great property manager. Excellent communication and customer service. Stephanie was great to deal with during our rental application process. She was always available and kept us up to date during the process. Stephanie provided some great advice and even met us at the new property to hand over the keys on moving in day to make sure we were ok with everything. This was a nice touch and not something other real estate companies have ever done when I have rented previously. I definitely recommend Remax based on my experience 👍
MUST READ. Having a rental property is a business. Don’t risk your business with Remax. Anybody can manage a property when all is going well. Dropping the ball when it gets difficult the way Remax did is unacceptable. They admitted in writing communication was inadequate!! As a direct result of Remax United’s mismanagement I’m out of pocket over $12,000. Peter has refused to meet and discuss after many offers to do so. Outstanding Service from Start to Finish. Yvette made the leasing process incredibly easy and stress-free. She was always quick to respond, kept me informed every step of the way, and handled everything professionally. It’s clear she cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking to rent.
