We recently purchased a property in Kitchener. The Seller's agent was Mr. Lucky Singh. There are some issues in the house like The fridge is not cooling, the water and ice dispenser of the fridge is not working, the water inlet of the washing machine is also not working, there is no lock on the patio door etc. We had brought up these issues and were promised that they would be looked into. I do not recommend to do business with them. Most of their agents do not have the knowledge of contracts. They do not care to help you when transactions fail.
