Chuck is absolutely a gem!!!! He works very hard to get properties sold as soon as possible. But Chuck is not just a real estate agent - he helps coordinate other issues. I am an attorney who works with Estates, and I can honestly say, I could not have handled everything to get the properties sold without Chuck stepping in to help with me with anything I needed. He is my number one go-to guy for both personal and professional sales.

Buying a home can be pretty stressful and emotional. Thankfully Chuck was there for me every step of the way. He was patient and got me a great deal on my first home! It's because of him that this experience wasn't a complete nightmare! Thanks Chuck!!!

I met with three realtors when I moved to Colorado. I chose Chuck as soon as I met him. Chuck helped me find this home. I had a very specific set of parameters and Chuck hit them all. When I moved to Alaska, Chuck was my go to choice to sell this property. If I move back to Colorado, Chuck will be my go to choice again. Chuck is beyond competent, friendly, and professional. I won't deal with anyone else in Colorado unless Chuck is retired and I'll probably ask him who I should go with instead.

Professional but friendly then entire time. Chuck went way above and beyond with us. We are from out of state and have not been able to do a lot of onsite things as new home buyers need to do. Chuck was willing to assist and always communicated what was going on. We would recommend Chuck to anyone looking for a home. Great experience.
