Chuck is a wonderful agent. well qualified to buy or sell a home for you. he also can rent out your property and manage it for you. and lastly if you're looking for a house to rent he can find one for you. he knows his business

Chuck is very professional but also very down-to-earth, which we loved. He treats you like he’s taking care of someone in his own family and is honest about things that require more thoughtfulness when buying or selling a home. Chuck helped us buy a home while we were still over seas. He new what we wanted, was open and honest about the houses. And worked very hard to get us what we wanted in a home, communication with him is always a breeze, he answers in a timely manner.. I couldn’t be happier. I’m so glad we found him. Chuck was helpful from the beginning. We started off just wanting to schedule a few viewings. Chuck schedule the viewings plus more. He scheduled a viewing on a house we didnt even know about. Now we are homeowners. He has been amazing to work with, and has helped us every step of the way!

I did not know him before he contacted me after I had been on his website , I had just begun to look for a home . Honestly and sincerely he was a great person to work with .I pretty much drove him crazy we wrote three contracts for homes maybe 4 ,every morning I got up I found a new home that was more for me and he was always willing to show me the new home that I found or that was on his website that he only had available homes on the website. Chuck was simply the best! He was easy to work with, flexible with our schedules, and listened to what we were looking for. Chuck also helped make sure we understood the process and what to expect. As first time home buyers it was great working with Chuck! We'd absolutely recommend him to everyone!
