Renters beware. These people only care about landlords and profit. My spouse and I were treated like garbage from the start as renters. I can't say for certain but I do wonder if my spouse and I had been both white and cishet we might've been treated differently. Affiliated broker under RE/MAX NorthWest Realtors Mr. Fredrick Jordan was using questionable technics in convincing us to close on a sale contract that might not be very favorable for us, which we believe represents intentional misconduct and nonconformist with his fiduciary duties that a broker owns to a principal in a real estate transaction.
