David Armstrong went beyond my expectations when it came to selling and purchasing. He made it so straightforward, hassle free ( as much as it could be lol) and exciting. I felt heard in any concerns or questions. He was fantastic to communicate with. I 100000% recommend Dave. And could not be happier we got the opportunity to work with him during this huge milestone.

Dave was absolutely phenomenal! Professional but honest. Sold out house in just 8 days! Had open and clear communication and honestly one of the nicest guys! He will be my go to from here on out

David Armstrong has managed our last two home purchases and sales and he has always held our interests first. He’s conducts himself in a very professional manner and always listened to our wants and needs in a home. We found him more interested in making sure we found the home we wanted than just making a sale. He very responsive to requests and offered competent advice and recommendations.

I can’t imagine a better realtor. We had multiple difficult sellers and David navigated it professionally and helpfully. He understood what I was looking for and helped me find my dream home. It wouldn’t have been possible without him!

David went WAY above and beyond for me. I really couldn’t be happier. Also a rad dude to roll around with when you’re looking at different showings or whatever. Best representation I could’ve asked for. Proceed with total confidence.
