I was afraid of purchasing a home or even attempting too at least. I met Kathy through a friend who recommended with awesome reviews. We had an extremely pleasant experience with Rick Ott and company. Everyone on the team rallied to help us finally sell our home and provided guidance every step of the way. If we had to do this again, we would definitely want a team like this one on our side!
Purchased one of the properties he had for sale and it was the worst experience. He was not my agent thank goodness. He represented the seller, he would call my agent promising one thing then do the opposite. (first time home buyer and he really used that to his advantage.) This was two years ago. absolutely not..I just posted a review about Mr. Ott. I had been given the run around about when my home would be finished with repairs so that I could move in. It was when I spoke to Rick Ott for the first time. My house was days past completion and I called Mr. Ott to find out when it was finally be completed only to get yelled at with four letter words.
