As an out of state investor I was looking for a property manager who was responsive, reasonable when it came to repairs, worked to get good tenants, forthright on potential issues with the property, etc. Alonzo checked all the boxes. Had great tenants for several years--no issues with rent. I grew to trust Alonzo to the point that I hired him as my real estate agent when it came time to sell the property. Highly recommend!
I had the worst experience ever living under Nora as a landlord. Not only that but her little assistant that works with her I forgot his name but he's a guy and he's the one that you turn your rent into but anyways back to what I was saying Nora wants to act like she is all high and mighty and she plays by the rules and does everything by the book but she doesn't and she knows damn well she doesn't she is a very sneaky, conniving, vindictive, lying , and unprofessional individual. I called to speak with Mr Baldonado because I saw that he had very good reviews! Wow!!! He is rude and careless I believe the good reviews he has are fake. He did not care to help me in anyway nor was nice in anyway!! I would have rated this 0 star if it was an option!!
