Miguel Nunez is rude and unprofessional. He showed me an apartment under construction. I was promised a renovated and clean apartment. When I showed up on moving day, the place was filthy and the word renovation should not have been used. When I questioned him, his exact words were, "what do you expect from a cheap New Jersey rental".
Frank is really nice and the best in his business.

Miguel and his partner "pos chef" from fair lawn are trash.. He is also on Zillow and Craigslist thinking he's some sort of rental agent him and his friend Miguel.. They gave my wife three false addresses and when me and her were sitting at the third address I called the guy to tell him that that address doesn't even exist and he starts to tell me turn by turn directions like he was surprised that a male was on the phone.. So I don't know who these guys are but they are trash..
