I bought my first home last year with the 'help' of Audrey. She was fine to work with in the beginning, but towards the end of it she got worse. She really pushed me to use her people, (who were very over priced) and I felt she didn't push hard enough to get me a better deal and she did not give me the best inspectors. After a year in my home, I have found termites, roof damage and overly moist crawl space. She told me she would take care of the termite inspection.
