I am currently renting from this realtor! I wish I would have paid attention to reviews. I signed a lease and was told it didn’t go through. I had to sign another lease. I found out why. They put a nasty refrigerator in the house. It wasn’t in the house before. The refrigerator had mold , roaches and pools of mildew . The refrigerator was not fit for human. I could not say enough nice things about Danny Amberson! He helped my husband and I purchase our first home, and we could not have found a better realtor! Danny Amberson managed our rental property until we recently sold it. I recommend him 100%. He was always very professional and very responsive to any questions or issues we ever had. We never had to worry about our property being taken care of. If you are looking for a great management company, he is the one.
