In regards to Mr. Chad Andrews Great experience. My wife and I are seriously considering purchasing the house for which we are residing in at the moment. The application process was smooth no issues I'm not seeing what others are saying about this man. His intentions and integrity are top notch. I think others need to understand he's a very busy individual and does his best. As a verified Tennant and potential buyer in the future I'd highly recommend him.
I was charged $180 for removing a fire hazard in a dryer from the previous renter. This was in our first month. The repairman didn’t even fix the original problem with the washer that he was sent out to fix. These people have not missed an opportunity to fail and fail again. The list of issues where they have screwed up is as long as my arm. I would stay far away from Chad Andrew and this lack of quality and service. Ojo no recomiendo esta agencia es lo peor hice un contrato por un año y e tenido demasiados problemas llevo casi dos meses esperando reporte en diciembre que la lavadora y la instalación estaba dañada fueron tres técnico y ahora hace una semana remplazaron la instalación pero las lavadoras no,estoy pagando 1840$ al mes y sin nesecidad tengo que estar pagando para lavar mi ropa en un laundry porque ellos no acaban de remplazar las lavadoras y muchas cosas más que e tenido que reportar no recomiendo esta agencia para nada
I wish they had a NEGATIVE 5 STARS because that's what I would rate Remax Advantage. They are a bunch of crooks. My garage door spring broke and the door was all bent. They took more than 6 weeks to repair. They never gave me any compensation. My home PRV in my garage broke. Water was constantly dripping. I was having to dump over 3 gallons of water everyday for 5 weeks until they finally sent me a plumber. After all this they didn't want to compensate me for the water. An Utterly Disappointing and Disgusting Experience with REMAX Advantage and Chad Andrews. If it were possible to assign a zero-star rating, I would not hesitate to do so. My dealings with Remax Advantage, specifically under the management of Chad Andrews, have been nothing short of a nightmare. My tenancy concluded in November 2023, with the final inspection occurring in December 2023.
